Quicky blog post for today. I went out to Books A Million and picked up The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Vol.8 and Shonen Jump December 2011. This week is almost over and cooler weather seems to be on the way. Tuesday I went to Walmart before work and picked up Captain America: The First Avenger Blu-ray/DVD Combo for 19.96. Wednesday I took off half a day and went to the Comic Shop(Clint’s Comics Monroe Louisiana) and picked up Justice League #2, Batman #2 Reg & Jim Lee Variant Cover, Catwoman #2, The Flash #2, Green Lantern: New Guardians #2, Batman: The Dark Knight #2, Superman #2, Teen Titans #2, The Savage Hawkman #2, Aquaman #2, Justice League Dark #2, Supergirl #2, Legion Secret Origin #1, The All=New Batman Brave And The Bold #12. DC Comics Presents: Catwoman – Guardian of Gotham #1, Spaceman #1, The Incredible Hulk #1, War of the Independents #1 and Extinction Seed #1A & 1D. Also picked up my Ame-Comi Heroine-Series Zatanna Halloween Re-Paint Figure which is totally cool. The pics of the Zatanna figure didn’t come out very good and I retried and they still sucked lol. This afternoon I went back to Books-A-Million and got some more Discount Graphic Novels, I picked up Thunderbolts: Burning Down The House Hardcover for 4.97, Spider-Man VS. Black Cat Trade for 4.97, Spider-Man: Saga of The Sandman Trade for 4.97, Spider-Man Visionaries: Kurt Busiek Vol.1 Trade for 4.97 and Spider-Man: Fever Trade for 4.97. After that I went to Sam’s and was looking around and I found The Sly Collection for PS3 for 10.71. As in my last post I said I was dropping Legion of Super-Heroes but I changed my mind when I found out Walter Simonson was taking over as artist I said I have to stay on it. Now I have to stop spending money till Wednesday lol. Let’s hope I can. Later!!!

Friday I went to the bookstore (Books-A-Million) and picked up Otaku U.S.A. December 2011 and that afternoon I went back to the Comic Shop and picked up some more comics. I got Life With Archie #14, Moon Girl #3,4, Mystic #1, Victorian Secret: Girls of Steampunk Summer Catalog #1, Duck Tales #5B, Darkwing Duck #17B, Superior #5, Danger Girl And The Army of Darkness #3B, World of Archie Double Digest #11, Archie & Friends #157. Archie #623,624,625, Veronica #207 Variant, 208 Reg & Variant Cover, 208 Reg & Variant Cover, 209 Reg & Variant Cover. Also picked up some back-issue trade which were The Greatest Batman Stories Ever Told Vol.2, The Greatest Joker Stories Ever Told Vol.3, Kingdome Come Trade. Also picked up the DC Comics Superhero Collector's Blackest Night/Brightest Day Magazine #11 - Deathstorm, 12 - Jade came with Lead Figurines. The Infinity Gauntlet Trade and Battle Angel Alita Graphic Novel. Also Saturday I went back to Books-A-Million and picked up some trades they have discounted, I ended up getting Punisher: War Journal Hardcover Vol.3: Hunter/Hunted for 4.97, X-Factor Forever for 4.97, Spider-Man and the Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do for 4.97, Spider-Man VS. Silver Sable for 4.97, GeNext for 4.97, Essential The Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe Vol.3 for 4.97, Spider-Girl Vol.10 – Season Of The Serpent for 2.97, Spider-Girl Vol.11 – Marked For Death for 2.97 and Marvel Adventures Spider-Man Vol.13 for 2.95. Some great deals there and there are still a couple of things I want to go back for, maybe they will re-stock when I get back soon. This week was a let down since there was a box of comics missing but they should be in next week =). Also decided to drop Legion of Super-Heroes it’s not as good as the last series. Today was the release of Batman: Arkham City and I got mine in from Amazon!!! This collector’s edition rocked! Had so many goodies, it came with a Batman Statue by Kotobukiya which as always rocks, a blu-ray copy of Batman: Gotham Knights, 4 vouchers which were Batman: Arkham City Soundtrack, DLC for The Dark Knight Returns Skin, DLC for Playable Catwoman, DLC for Iceberg Lounge Challenge Map and a Code for Gotham City Imposters Online Beta. Also came with a Batman: Arkham City Artbook which alos held the game for PS3. Also got a free Batman: Arkham City Comic Boo. Also today was the release of Batman: Year One on Blu-ray which I got from Best Buy and came with a Catwoman Figure. Got my 1st Justice Comic from a box of General Mills cereal today. Awesome day too today and I can’t wait to play this game!!! Feel free to leave comments, Later!!
Quick Post on this one. Friday after work I went buy Best Buy and picked up Green Lantern Extended Cut Steel Book Edition on Blu-ray, which is cool. Bad thing about it, it was the only one that did not have a loose disc. Well over all it was a great movie, see you all next week, Later.

Wednesday is always my favorite day next to Friday and as always on Wednesday I head off the Comic Shop (Clint’s Comics). This week I picked up Batgirl #2, Batman And Robin #2, Batwoman #2, DC Comics Presents: JLA – The Age Of Wonder #1, DC Comics Presents: Batman – Blink #1, Gold Digger #’s 131 & 132, Green Lantern #2, Legion Lost #2, Morning Glories #13, Suicide Squad #2, Superboy #2, The Unexpected #1, Warehouse !3 #2 Photo Cover and Marvel Freebie of The Week The Avenging Spider-Man Preview. Also Wednesday I received a package from Amazon which contained Trigun Maximum Vol.14 and The Jem And The Holograms The Truly Outrageous Complete Series which was awesome to finally get.
