Got my Green Lantern Rings in which are really cool, i had to order a set from Midtown Comics in New York though. Also got Genshiken 2 Volume 2 in, i love this series so much. Kinda sad that the Vol.3 with Art Boz got canceled but the regular edition is still coming out. Well that's all for today, see ya Wednesday!!
Hello everyone, here with a late post again with what i bought yesterday 11/25/09. Went to the comic shop and picked up alot this week, seems the end of year is always the biggest buying time for me. Ok i got Green Lantern #48, Blackest Night #5, Justice League of America #39, Teen Titans #77, New Mutants #7, Model's Inc. #3 Zombie Cover which i got in the mail, Model's Inc. #4, Spider-Man: The Clone Saga #3, Web of Spider-Man #2, The Amazing Spider-Man #613, Sky Pirates of Neo Terra #3, Comic AG #108, Tarot Witch of the Black Rose #59 (Both Covers), Star Wars: Legacy #42, Beasts of Burden #3, Image United #1 (All 6 Covers, I have the Jim Lee Cover on Order), Galactica 1980 #3, Archie #603, The Last Resort #4, Transformers #1 (Exclusive Graham Crackers Cover) got this one in the mail too, and Transformers: Continuum. Also picked up Hobby Japan Oct 2009 that came with a Gundam HG Model Kit and Grimm Fairy Tales 2010 Calender. Also purchased Fate: Unlimited Codes for the PSP for 14.99 from the PS Store and Flower for 4.99 and Aquatopia for the PS3 from the PS Store. All these books, dvd's and other goodies i bought last night but got home and was tired and didn't post till now. Ok so i went to Best Buy and finally picked up the Doctor Who Special The Next Doctor on dvd, kinda disappointed that it's not on blu-ray like planet of the dead was. Then i went to target and picked up these things called GoGo's Crazy Bones which are pretty cool looking, i like weird toys. Finally went to Books-A-Million and looked through what was left on their dollar book. Found Dragon's Teeth by: James A. Hetley, Tyrannosaur Canyon by: Douglas Preston and Wizards which is a short story collection by some cool authors. I also picked up for 4.95 a book called The Looking Glass Wars by: Frank Beddon which looks really good cause it's a Alice in Wonderland story and this weird pen when you hit the ball on top it lights up. Ok on the the comic buying i picked up Adventure Comics #4 both regular and variant vover, Batman: Unseen #4, Booster Gold #26, The Amazing Spider-Man #612 both covers plus variant cover R.E.B.E.L.S. #10, The Flash: Rebirth #5, Outsiders #24,Superman/Batman #66, Kookaburra K #1, Dark Reign The List: The Amazing Spider-Man #1, Spider-Woman #2,3, Strange #1, Transformers #1, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Full Color #1, Tales of T.M.N.T #64, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic #47, Gold Digger: Tech Manual #9, Gold Digger #112, Fall Out Toy Works #2, Cyberforce/Hunter Killer #3, Farscape Ongoing #1 The Savage She-Hulk #1 CG with a 9.4 Grade for 5.00 and Torchwood Magazine #18. Picked up 2 Manga also, Oh My Goddess Vol.13 and Gundam 00F Vol.1. Bought G.I.Joe Season 1.1 for 8.00 from my friend Robert (Shout Out!! LOL) today also, since last week he spent 150 bucks for the complete set that came with the footlocker.Then i went to Best Buy and got the best deal ever on the Dark Knight BluRay that came with the Bat Pod for 19.99, Great Fracking Deal!!!!!!!!. Last week i didn't post any reads so i can catch up with something else but this week i am back on the back log of manga to read. This week i will be reading My Hime Vol.1,2,3,4,5, Venus Versus Virus Vol.1,2,3,4, Devil May Cry 3 Vol.1,2 and He is My Master Vol.1,2,3,4.
Went to town this afternoon and picked up some books & DVD's. Went to the bookstore first and got the Shonen Jump December 2009 Vol.7 #12 and Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Shinji Ikari Raising Project Vol.2. Also went over to walmart and found V: The Final Battle on DVD for 9.99 and Hex Season 1 on DVD for 14.99, i was shocked to find Hex at walmart. Have to go back soon though, they had Buddy Seasons 5 through 7 for 13.95 each. Well that's all for today, feel free to leave comments.
Went out to Best Buy this afternoon after seeing that they Watchmen: The End is Nigh for PS3 for 19.99 and picked it up. This is a plus for anyone who doesn't have Watchmen on DVD/Blu-ray since the get the director's cut movie with it. I played the demo of the game awhile back and have been wanting to get it. So if you don't have this game go get it, the XBox 360 version is 19.99 too but i don't think it has a dvd of the movie with it.
Got some early gifts for my b-day today my actual b-day isn't till tomorrow, my parents got me some games and dvd. They got me Afro Samurai for the PS3. Godzilla: Unleashed for the PS2 and Onechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers for the Wii, they also got me V The Complete Series. Can't wait till tomorrow, it's been awhile since i got to buy comics on b-day and there are some cool things coming out tomorrow.
Went back to Best Buy today and picked up Red Dwarf: Back To earth on Blu-Ray, i always loved the Red Dwarf series growing up and to see the guys back together again is awesome. Also went back to the comic shop and picked up Tales from Wonderland Volume Trade 1, which contains the one-shots for Queen of Hearts, Mad Hatter & Alice plus the 3 part back -up story that was in each issue and also reprints Beyond Wonderland #0.
This week i decided to read just a few so i picked The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Vol.'s 1,2,3 & 4 and Applegeeks Vol.'s 1 &2. I wanted to take a break from reading so much.
