New Comics & Magazine Purchases 4/14/2010
Another Week and more money spent. I went to the Comic Shop today and picked up some new comics, i got some really good books. I picked up Brightest Day #0 (2 Copies), The Flash 31, Batman #698, Green Arrow #32, Batgirl #9, Doc Savage #1, Action Comics #888, Adventure Comics #10, Free Realms #8, Forgetless #4, Dead@17: The Witch Queen #2, Fall Out Toy Works #4, Lock Jaw and The Pet Avengers: Unleashed #2, New Mutants #12, Spider-Man: Origin of the Hunter One-Shot, Spider-Man: Grim Hunt- The Kraven Saga which was a free pomo comic, The Mazing Spider-Man Presents: Jackpot #3, Web of Spider-Man #7, Farscape: Scorpius #0, Star Wars: Dark Times #16 and Hack/Slash #31. Also went to the book shop and picked up Otaku USA June 2010 issue. Brightest Day #0 was an excellent read, so was Flash #1. Geoff Johns is one of the top writers in my book these days, the Second Coming Story line going on in the X-Titles has been really good too. I am also counting down the months to Batman #700 and the Gauntlet Storyline in Spidey is really gearing up the the whole Return of Kraven The Hunter Storyline. I also got the Flash Promo Ring which came free when you purchsed Flash #1. I also got the Flash and Brightest Day Promo Posters, i am gonna have to fine a huge frame for the Brightest Day poster. Batman and Flash were a couple
of great reads. Batgirl turned
out to be a pretty good read
itself.
