Purchases 7/28/2011

Got my order in from Amazon today which consisted of DC Universe Classics Wave 2 which was a Green Lantern Character Variety Pack, the Character’s were Green Lantern: B’DG, Sinestro Corps: DESPOTELLIS and Red Lantern: DEX-STARR. I really wanted this for the DES-STARR figure. It also came with the Upper and Middle Torso for Green Lantern Stel which is the Build A Figure for this Wave, I looked everywhere in my town for these and never found them. I also got 2 Green Lantern Travel Mugs which were 6.99 each and have Hal Jordan on front and “Beware My Power… Green Lantern’s Light on the back. They were 9.99 over at Entertainment Earth. Some pretty cool stuff, now I am on the look out for any School Supplies with Superhero stuff on them, gotta check Walmart next payday they did have some cool stuff last year. Action Comics #903, Batman: The Dark Knight #4, Brightest Day: Aftermath – The Search For Swamp Thing #2, Tarot Witch of The Black Rose #69 (Both Covers), Doctor Who #7B and one back-issue which is Conan Annual #1 which has a really cool Barry Windsor-Smith cover. I picked up Superman/Batman #86, Supergirl #66, Titans #37, Justice League of America #59, Wonder Woman #612, Legion of Super-Heroes #15, Scooby Doo, Where Are You? #11, DC Comics Presents: Superman #4, Dc Comics Presents: Batman – Gotham Noir #1, 15 Love #2, Marine Man #6, Hack/Slash #6A, Avengelyne #1A, True Blood: Tainted Love #6 (J.Scott Campbell Cover), Darkwing Duck #14A, Life With Archie #11 and Archie & Friends Double Digest #7. Also picked up Comics Buyer’s Guide #1679, Doctor Who Magazine #435, Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide #41 Supergirl/Batgirl Cover, DC Comics Super-Hero Collection #83 Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner) and DC Comics Super-Hero Collection #84 Professor Zoom Figure Magazines. Picked up the Supergirl Kotobukiya Bishoujo PVC Figure I had ordered. Also went back Friday and picked up Cave Woman: Snow #2, Gore #’s 1,2,3 and Masters of the Universe #’s 1,2,3. Went by the Comic Shop today Clint's Comics and picked up some back-issues and drop off my pull list for tomorrow. I picked up Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight Annual #1, Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #200, Demon Annual #1, Justice League of America Vol.1 #246 and Avengers: Operation Galactic Storm Vol.2. Batgirl #23, Detective Comics #879, Birds of Prey #14, Gold Digger #130, Lady Mechanika #2B – Ale Garza Cover and Doctor Who: A Fairytale Life #4. The Flashpoint Titles were awesome as always and the War of the Green Lanterns ending was cool too. I cannot wait till September for the DC Re-Launch and Jim Lee and Geoff Johns Justice League. Weekend Purchases

This is gonna be a quick post, Saturday I went out to the bookstore and picked up Neon Genesis Evangelion: Campus Apocalypse Vol.3, Higurashi Vol.1 and Shonen Jump August 2011.
